By the time we met personally my husband and I knew everything we needed to know before we ever going to the show room. When we did meet Kevin we couldn't have been happier with him. He was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of Subarus and equally pleasant to deal with. When we bought our Forester, he followed us home and helped up set up the car phone and showed us how to use the bells and whistles. He has a great product and he knows it and it shows.
