He patiently guided me through deciding on the perfect certified used car. I wished I had visited this dealership first instead of ‘trapesing’ all over Tucson & Phoenix. The front desk staff was another highlight. Aside from their professionalism, their friendliness and awareness was noted. There was an instance when they noticed I re-entered the building (from dropping off my rental car) and already knew I would be looking for Kevin and she looked up and stated she already paged him .... just by observing me walking in. It was time to enter the finance office. With coffee in hand I prepared for the onslaught of warranty and ’extras’ sales pressure. I’ve never bought an extended warranty in my life, so this should be easy. It was. That sob Curt sold me a warranty.....and I felt good about it. Ha. (Good meeting you Curt) All around a good bunch. Good experience and a fantastic cruise up RT 77 at sunset, in my new ride. More

I reviewed about 60 on Craigslist and Carmax deciding that one list on Carmax was the better way to go. Found about 6 that looked like they might fit my needs and narrowed it down to 4. My first choice was one listed by Tucson Subaru. Contacted the dealership and was referred to Kevin Gribble who is their go to person for listings on the internet. Made and appointment for 1:00 pm and after checking in at the desk was met within 4 or 5 minutes by Kevin brought out the vehicle. He went over all the features, we went for test drive and 2 hours later I was on my happy way home in a great Jeep Wrangler. More

Excellent to do business with. Would do so again without hesitation. Last stop, the Finance guy - Curt - all went well. Another professional who was easy to do business with. This step can be testy because of his assignment to sell all the “extras.” He did that well. Another professional in his job. Bottom line - we will shop first at Tucson Subaru next time we are in the market for a vehicle. Very solid professional experience.
