I haven't had to buy a car in 11 years, bought 6 previously, the last two being Honda's, and every time it was very overwhelming, with a lot of sales pressure, a lot of hassle, and VERY time consum previously, the last two being Honda's, and every time it was very overwhelming, with a lot of sales pressure, a lot of hassle, and VERY time consuming to purchase a vehicle. I was in no way excited to go through such a process for another car. But I am a single Mom now, and needed a new car, and with my newborn, did not have a lot of time to go through such a process. That was NOT the case this time. I met SUSANNA YIM, Internet Sales Consultant at Norm Reeves Honda. She was kind and diligent from the moment I met her. She followed through at every turn. She was kind, sweet, and easy to talk to, like I already knew her. I had chosen a car I wanted on their website, and couldn't get into the dealer for a few days, but she followed through, without being pushy, as if she was saving the car I wanted just for ME. I finally made it to the dealer, and she was there, prepped and ready to go. Explained all the benefits of my car, showed me how to use all them, and made me feel like a QUEEN getting the car. She went above and beyond in my opinion, as she made sure I was comfortable and informed of everything along the way. I have to say, SUSANNA YIM made my car buying experience feel so comfortable and ease. She was very patient with ALL my questions and had an answer for everything, which tells me she was very knowledgeable about the product she was selling me. She is a "Gold Master" at her job, as she rightfully deserves! I was in and out In a couple hours, NOT all day, like it normally takes, such a "breathe of fresh air!" I would and will recommend SUSANNA YIM to anyone I know who wants to buy a vehicle. She was amazing and compassionate , and accommodating, all the way through, from the moment I sent an email to her to the moment she brought me my car. And, afterwards she has contacted me a couple times, to make sure I was still satisfied, and she was there for any questions I may have, and again, I did, and again, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have to say, I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience in 7 car purchases now...THANK YOU SUSANNA YIM! Not for only doing your job well, but you obviously like your job to do such amazing work with your customers. I will NOT forget you...as Ill need another car again, and YOU will be who I will be going to...Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! Kevin was a very good salesperson to deal with. He didn't cut corners, and was very consistent in his communication. Was looking for a specific car and they are apparently hard to come by. However, this dealership had two. Kevin was very nice and took me on the test drive while explaining the benefits of buying new. hard to come by. However, this dealership had two. I was appreciative that he sold me on the new model ngv for the benefits and not the more expensive pre-owned vehicles. George was very patient with our young kids running aound the office and was able to cut us a small deal with the extras that we added. Overall, we are very happy with the experience. More

Our experience with Norm Reeves Honda Superstore in Cerritos was excellent. Sales Consultant Kevin Harris was very honest, knowledgeable, and NOT pushy at all. We did our homework and shopped around extensively before buying my car here. Incidently, this is the second vehicle we buy from this dealership. Finance Manager George Habib was also very straight forward with us. He did not play the number game with us. We had never leased a car before. George explained to us very patiently the difference between financing and leasing. We decided to lease. The point is Kevin and George were sincere, kind, pleasent, and knowledgeable in what they do best...Customer satisfaction. It was quite obvious from our experience that Norm Reeves Honda Superstore strives to keep their customers happy in every aspect of the sales process. I just wanted to let you know about my wonderful experience at Honda. I was greated promptly by Kevin Harris who showed me around, answered all my questions about the car, was with me for my drive t experience at Honda. I was just looking that day at Honda and other dealerships to see what type of car would best suit me. On Sunday May 5th, I decided the Honda was the right fit for me. I called up to lock in a great price. At this time Kevin was not due in until 12:30, though he called me at 10:15am to make sure some one had been in contact with me re: the price. Adil comfirmed the price, I was in the dealership at 11am working with Adil who started the paperwork. Adil was very friendly, showed me the car, already had it detailed etc. Later when Kevin was in he introduced him self, congratulated, and then finished up the day showing me how the car worked. I met with Michael in finance who was excellent as well. Gave great customer service and really explained everything to me. The process was painless and I was in and out within less than 2 hours. Kevin has since followed up with me on my car and if I have any questions, which I did and he got back to me in a timely manner. Excellent service all around by Kevin, Adil and Michael. More

Generally speaking, buying a car is scary and intimidating - something the average person does only rarely, and worries about getting a good deal or a fair deal. Kevin made the process easy. He was very knowledgable about the features on the car and was a straight shooter in representing the pricing and the deal, and didn't use presssure tactics in showing me the car or presenting pricing.
