The atmosphere is positive, the people are knowledgeable I have been getting my 16 year old Pilot serviced at Valley Honda for many years and found all their people professional and positive. When I went to buy a new car, I knew I wanted to buy a hybrid and stay with the Honda brand (I have had a pilot, CRV, used Civic and used Accord!). I called and connected with Tom when I heard the new CRV Hybrid was available. He was very helpful, and made sure he checked out any information that I requested on the new model. The minute I test drove the model, I knew it was the car for me. Although I ultimately had to wait for the production of my car, it was worth it. It has an amazing feel driving it, the controls are well thought out and it is quite an update on my 2003 Pilot! When I came to pick up the car, the process was well organized and the fastest that I have ever experienced with a new car. Rose in the financing department was very organized and a joy to work with. Valley Honda is clean, comforting and a place I will come back time and time again! More

In regards to the dealership, it is top tier quality. The team is very engaged with all the clients and as soon as it came time to business, Cesar was willing to make sure we felt like we left with a deal. Cesar was very thorough and explained how everything worked on the vehicle after we made the purchase. He even had a part delivered to my home that was missing when we bought it. That is an above and beyond the call of duty type treatment that you will get. Cesar and the team walked us through all of the options packages and because of the rapport we were able to build off of our initial conversations, we felt very comfortable buying a couple add-ons that I know we will enjoy. Kevin and Holly took care of us when it came time to make an installation on our new SUV and I probably spent no more than 5 minutes doing paperwork and getting our loaner vehicle. More
