I was so impressed with the professionalism and customer-friendly environment that they were at the top of my list when the time came to replace my 2005 Honda Accord with a new CRV. Jeremy Andrews was a pleasure to work with. He was timely in returning phone calls and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. About as good as you can get! I have been dealing with Valley Honda since 2005, and Jeremy Andrews has been my go to guy, for a least half that time. From purchase, to service, to I have been dealing with Valley Honda since 2005, and Jeremy Andrews has been my go to guy, for a least half that time. From purchase, to service, to trade in time, I've never had another dealer, or brand, come close to Valley, in taking care of my needs! Jeremy is just icing on the cake, because of his attention to detail, and making sure that I get the best deal possible, along with being there whenever I need help, after the sale. Just leased a 2018 CRV, and the experience was in keeping with all the other times. Can't imagine dealing with any other sales person, or dealership. More

Once Again, Tom Came Through I'm a second time buyer at Valley Honda. I decided to go back and see Tom and get another new car. Not surprisingly, Tom exceeded my expectations wi I'm a second time buyer at Valley Honda. I decided to go back and see Tom and get another new car. Not surprisingly, Tom exceeded my expectations with his careful attention to detail, thorough explanation of each and every question I presented, and absolute no-pressure sales approach. To be fair, everyone that I have ever dealt with at Valley Honda has been exemplary ( from Sales, to Service; from Finance to Management ). Whether it be their patience and understanding, willingness to listen to your concerns, or overall care and treatment of you as a person, not just as a potential customer, this dealership is amazing. I absolutely recommend that you go see Tom if you truly want a relaxed and pleasant car buying experience and atmosphere. Whether you purchase a vehicle or not, you will be treated right !! More

Stress Free Experience I was impressed from the moment I stepped through the front door! The facility alone was the nicest dealership I'd been to - but the customer service I was impressed from the moment I stepped through the front door! The facility alone was the nicest dealership I'd been to - but the customer service is what ultimately drove me to purchase a car here. Fred was incredibly personable, knowledgeable and respected my situation without question. (I wasn't there to buy a car - I was from out of town and, while visiting my parents, wanted to show my Dad what cars I had been considering driving.) Fred never once pressured me to purchase a car that day and even knowing he wasn't going to get a sale, he spent a significant amount of time with my Dad and I - showing us all of the features of the car, allowing us both to test drive, and even went and got a Service Technician (Kevin) when my Dad asked a question he didn't know the answer to.) I left Valley Honda not only confident I wanted to purchase the CR-V, but also that I wanted to return to buy the car from Fred even though I didn't live close!! I'm very glad that I did. Fred was just as helpful, friendly, and patient the second time I visited - this time with my mom - and spent ample time answering our questions, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire car buying process. The only issue that arose was a number of paperwork (clerical) errors that slowed up the buying process. Several different papers that I had to sign were drawn up with an incorrect VIN number - thankfully Fred noticed most of them and got them corrected prior to me signing the title. Unfortunately, I found one set of papers (once I got home) that wasn't correct and immediately reached out to Fred. Fred got back to me within an hour and promised to rectify the situation. Regardless of these small errors, I am grateful to have purchased a car from Fred at Valley Honda! I definitely recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience! More

Absolutely amazing One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at this dealership. If I need service done right, they deliver. I’ve been to other Honda’s and I’m telling you, I have never seen a more dedicated team. You know you can tell that you’re in good hands when the place is not only knowledgeable, but actually care about you!! They made me feel special and they made me feel that my needs were top priority. I was extremely extremely impressed with how easy and quick they did the service for me. I didn’t even have to leave my own home!! They picked up my car from my house to the dealership fixed their mistake and brought my car back to my house same day. They called and texted me updates through your the entire process. Now that’s convince. They care about my time and helping me save money and put me at ease. They gave me the peace of mind that I needed when other Honda dealerships made me feel unimportant and uncomfortable and mostly upset. Here they acknowledge your needs and go above and BEYOND expectations. If your Honda dealership doesn’t give you the experience that I’ve had, then you need to come to this Honda dealership. This experience has turned me into a Honda owner for life and I’m dedicated to this Honda dealership. Honestly really refreshing 5 star service. More

i dont like what happened Last year We took our civic in for a service and were told we needed a new battery , it was a month old. My son had work done a week ago at an Iowa Ho Last year We took our civic in for a service and were told we needed a new battery , it was a month old. My son had work done a week ago at an Iowa Honda dealer and the battery tested "good"Took it to Valley honda yeterday they said I needed a new one as it tested bad! Battery still less than a year old and not the slightest indication that it is failing. We have had the same thing happen at the Hyundai dealership next door! Not happy at all! More
