Average repair shop experience. Not the greatest and not the worst. Nothing special. Two different answers regarding the brakes from two different representatives. I was handed off to another representative. Upon picking up the vehicle my representative was away from his desk for a considerable time. Finally the initial representative assigned to me attempted to answer my questions and could not. So I waited again. Even though I had an appointment and was second in line. The assigned representative seemed to have limited knowledge and poor work ethic which affected the entire experience and team. More

I have purchased three cars from Dorito Brothers Volkswagen in the last five or six years. The sales team is always helpful. The operations and financing management is also very helpful. Service acc Volkswagen in the last five or six years. The sales team is always helpful. The operations and financing management is also very helpful. Service access and customer service there has been fantastic particularly with Kevin and also Seab. As far as a car dealership goes, I feel competent that they have my interest at heart as well as their own, which is a good balance. Unfortunately, the current car I own a Volkswagen Jetta 2024 SE is having significant transmission problems. I don't blame this on the dealership at all. It's really just a Volkswagen corporate problem so I don't hold that against Dorito Brothers They have been very helpful. And trying to troubleshoot the issues, but I've been unable to do so after five months of attempts to fix it and three sessions in the shop. More
