Robin Tollefson in service was a life saver. I was in from out of town and my truck gelled up on me. He went above and beyond to get it in and looked at and get me back on the road the same day. I am e from out of town and my truck gelled up on me. He went above and beyond to get it in and looked at and get me back on the road the same day. I am extremely great full for everything he did and he was very easy to work with. He was very polite and understanding of my situation. When my truck arrive on the tow truck at the dealership I went inside and spoke with Keven as Robbin was lunch. Kevin was not polite, and didn’t even care about my situation, He could use some help in the customer service department. But all in all I was happy with how it all turned out. Please give robin a job well done as he deserves it. More

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and it took an hour and a half. Not to mention, I bought my vehicle there and they wouldn’t do the rotation for free. I like Luther for everything else, bu an hour and a half. Not to mention, I bought my vehicle there and they wouldn’t do the rotation for free. My oil change took almost 2 hrs with an appointment. I didn't even have my tires rotated. I would appreciate them valuing my time more. Passing through Fargo with my new Denali HD and check engine light came on. Called Luther service and they let me pull truck in right away. Super nice people! Washed my truck also.
