Service was done quickly but when we brought vehicle home the skid plate was not cleaned properly and old oil leaked on to floor. We thought there may have been a leak but it was improper cleanup. Super great only I wish the tests you do on the car when you purchase it for your dealership, you would also do those tests before it leaves the lot after someone has purchased it. Before I bought the car t you purchase it for your dealership, you would also do those tests before it leaves the lot after someone has purchased it. Before I bought the car that I purchased I noticed when it was running outside of the dealership that it was dripping something. I thought it was because the car had been running for a while and was just sweating. Well 11 days after purchasing the vehicle the leak I noticed was actually my power steering valve and it had broke off. I was able to take it in right away and get it fixed for free, but the time that was wasted on mechanics fixing my car & my own time being wasted and late for work could have been avoided with another test run through, with my car. More

Stopped in without an appointment after my Denali 3500 went into reduced power mode. They were able to get in and fixed and gave us a rental to drive instead of waiting at the dealership. We came in for possible warranty work on our car. It was a coveted expense under out extended warranty. All we paid was the deductible. All this was done in just a few hours. I had two vehicles serviced this week and both times the service was exceptional! Rob and Kevin guided me through the service as I was concerned about a transmission issue but the wonderful technician disc service was exceptional! Rob and Kevin guided me through the service as I was concerned about a transmission issue but the wonderful technician discovered the cause and it was not transmission. The fix was was done promptly. On the other vehicle a problem was discovered during an oil change and that, too, was repaired! I have the service team at Luther to always work to help the customer get the right solution with fast friendly service. Thanks Luther team! More

This was my first service visit. My entire experience from start to finish was excellent! From the lady that scheduled the appointment to the men in the service area to the lady who checked me out, All w from start to finish was excellent! From the lady that scheduled the appointment to the men in the service area to the lady who checked me out, All were very pleasant and professional. All my questions were answered. One of the best parts was when the service man asked if I would also like a car wash. I said yes! I love having my car clean, but I hate washing it. Did not ask if there was a charge, but in the end there was none. What a delightful surprise! More
