I came in a week prior with a noise on my vehicle. An employee rode with me and heard the noise and then another employee made the appointment. The day of the appointment they did not hear the noise and employee rode with me and heard the noise and then another employee made the appointment. The day of the appointment they did not hear the noise and nothing was documented from when I first arrived and from the employee that heard the noise. I then had to tell them where to look for the issue in order for them to figure what was making the noise. I was disappointed in the lack of documentation on where the noise was coming from especially since an employee heard it and relayed the information to the guy making the appointment. I feel if I were not to tell where to look they would have just been done with my vehicle and not looked further on the issue. More
