They screwed up so many times. I started to go elsewhere, I got rid of that money pit Buick Enclave. I now drive Dodge Ram. Happy with the truck and the service I’m getting at a different dealership. The dealership was quick to help me in my distress. A engine light came on and said there was a problem. They also found I had a bad tire. That was unexpected. Your shop rate is extremely high. $700 labor bill for less than 3 hours of shop time. Independent shops are less expensive. I may have to consider that next time I need service. I have bought five veh less than 3 hours of shop time. Independent shops are less expensive. I may have to consider that next time I need service.
