Long wait time I check my car in for just an oil change at 9:15 AM it wasn’t completed until 11:20AM. Took 2 hours, I have never had an oil change take that long be I check my car in for just an oil change at 9:15 AM it wasn’t completed until 11:20AM. $300 later, New battery, no car was The transportation was much appreciated. Got to my meeting early and was picked up early. Testing showed my car needed a new battery, which was fine, The transportation was much appreciated. Got to my meeting early and was picked up early. Excellent I was very happy with the service department. I bought my pickup at gateway Chevrolet and their service department was very disappointing so I took my I was very happy with the service department. I bought my pickup at gateway Chevrolet and their service department was very disappointing so I took my pickup to Luther. shop Forman (Jeremy) was excellent. He listened to my descriptions and explained the different possible causes. He was patient And spent as much time as necessary to talk with me. Plus if you are there in wednesday they have free pie!!! More
