I usually have wonderful service at Luther, but this last time, I had someone different work on my vehicle. The service department suggested I have the tires rotated. Now the Tire Monitor symbol is displayed time, I had someone different work on my vehicle. The service department suggested I have the tires rotated. Now the Tire Monitor symbol is displayed. It may be coincidence, but the bottom line is trust. Next time I go back, I’m asking for the previous mechanic. It’s all about trust! More
