Price Gouging Took my car in for an oil change and was told I had over 2k worth of work recommended on it. I took my it in for a second opinion to a different deale Took my car in for an oil change and was told I had over 2k worth of work recommended on it. I took my it in for a second opinion to a different dealership and some of the parts I was told needed to be replaced really did not need to be replaced. (In example my rotors...They just needed resurfacing, not replacement.) After I had my second opinion, my bill was cut in half. I was also told my rear shocks needed replacement, which they did not. That was just a couple of lies I was told. Next vehicle I buy will not be from them. Having trust worthy reliable service is a must to keep your vehicle in good shape, but deceiving the customer to gain commission is not ok. More

Very helpful. I came in with out appointment with another flat tire. I knew it was time to get new tires and oil change. Kevin was able to fit me and get it don I came in with out appointment with another flat tire. I knew it was time to get new tires and oil change. Kevin was able to fit me and get it done so I didn't have to come back and still got to my dentist appointment. I had two very nice drivers to take me home and pick me up Thanks again to Luther family. More

I used the service department at Luther Family Buick GMC as I have always enjoyed working with the employees in the service department at this dealership. I have always been treated fairly and they seem to have your best interests at heart. If any problem is found they bring it to your attention and provide an estimate as to price and approximate amount of time to make the repair. The work is completed promptly and professionally. They have a very nice lounge area for waiting and I appreciate that they give a senior discount on a specific day of the week. More
