Wheel liner When I got to my appointment I was not even in the system. They had to find someone to verify I was suppose to be there. Not all the part were there, When I got to my appointment I was not even in the system. They had to find someone to verify I was suppose to be there. Not all the part were there, so I will have to return. The quote I received before the appointment was not correct. I paid more than I expected. Overall though Kevin was polite and explained everything to me. He followed up with me when the part was in and I have a new appointment to finish the work. More

Friendly, helpful service advisor! Whenever I drive into the service bay Kevin Lindgren always greets me by name. A few months ago I bought a new phone and couldn't get it to pair with Whenever I drive into the service bay Kevin Lindgren always greets me by name. A few months ago I bought a new phone and couldn't get it to pair with the Bluetooth in my Enclave. Unannounced, I drove into Luther Service Dept and Kevin paired it for me. I typically just come to get my oil changed and tire rotation. I would recommend Luther Family Buick GMC service department. More
