
I grew up in Villanova and had an early fascination with automobiles. I subscribed to all the car magazines, basically devouring every issue as soon as it arrived. What I value about being here at Otto’s is how it has led me to feel more entwined with this community. I go to the supermarket, I see our clients; I got to Costco, I see our clients, I go into West Chester for dinner, I see our clients. I really appreciate the sense of pride and connection that generates. I find it surprisingly fulfilling.

Scott was amazing, he had my ride all set up to go for me, all the paperwork was explained to me by a human who made it simple to understand not like lawyer jargon. Everyone is helpful and not pushy, Scott in particular is very knowledgeable about each vehicle and explains things in a down to earth manner, I will stick with there site as long as I am in PA. I recently brought my 2025 BMW to BMW of West Chester for service, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. The vehicle went in for repairs and actually came out worse than when I dropped service, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. The vehicle went in for repairs and actually came out worse than when I dropped it off. The issue required two separate service appointments, yet the original problem was never resolved. Instead of diagnosing and repairing the cause, the service team chose to simply replace a tire “to see if that would fix the issue,” which it did not. To make matters worse: • My wheel insurance was not submitted or honored, leaving me without coverage. • The technician’s notes on the service papers were inaccurate and unprofessional, which does not inspire confidence in the quality of work performed. • After two visits, the problem persists, and I left with a vehicle in worse condition and without the support I expected from a BMW dealership. By contrast, I have found that BMW of Devon provides a far more effective, professional, and customer-focused experience. The difference in service quality between these two dealerships is noticeable, and I would encourage BMW of West Chester to learn from that example. The issue was fixed and the car glides and runs like it should and the tire/wheel was in fact covered by the add on “tire/wheel” insurance and very pleased. I expected much better from BMW of West Chester service, especially when dealing with a new 2025 vehicle. I did escalate it to their management and there was no response. There should be a change in management given their lack of connectivity to the customer. More

Another fantastic service appointment concluded with the vehicle back on the road after warranty work completed. In the meantime, sales advisor Scott and manager Wilmer took me through several options regarding my next car. Very professional staff, comfortable waiting room and showroom. First, your dealership did not properly complete the paperwork for the registration for my 850. I have been unable to drive my car for almost two weeks because I am concerned that I will receive a tick paperwork for the registration for my 850.
