I grew up in Villanova and had an early fascination with automobiles. I subscribed to all the car magazines, basically devouring every issue as soon as it arrived. What I value about being here at Otto’s is how it has led me to feel more entwined with this community. I go to the supermarket, I see our clients; I got to Costco, I see our clients, I go into West Chester for dinner, I see our clients. I really appreciate the sense of pride and connection that generates. I find it surprisingly fulfilling.

I believe this is the ninth car I have purchased from Otto's/BMW of West Chester. I have always been very pleased with the level of service and responsiveness Of Justice and Kevin. This purchase was due to a totaling of my X5 in an accident after four months of ownership. I needed a car quickly and they were able to locate exactly what I wanted and deliver t when I needed.
