Truthfully, we have lost track of the number of vehicles we have purchased from Kevin during his successful career at Otto's. In the service department, have to mention Frank Adinolfi who has been our long standing service advisor at Otto's. We can always count on Frank to address any service needs, scheduled or unscheduled which might arise regarding our vehicles. Frank has been a pleasure to work with over the years. We wouldn't even think of going to another dealership. I would highly recommend without any reservation the Otto's dealership for any one considering purchasing or servicing their BMW. More
