Inconsiderate I dropped my car off at the dealership at my appointment time which was 9:30 a.m. I was told that the person doing the tint was running a half hour be I dropped my car off at the dealership at my appointment time which was 9:30 a.m. I was told that the person doing the tint was running a half hour behind. I was informed that it only takes an hour and a half to do the tinting. My daughter picked me up and took me to her house. When I called at 1 p.m. to see if my car was done, I was told that he was still working on it. I'm curious why it took so long to do a job that should have only taken an hour and a half. I was contacted at 2 p.m. to come pick my car up. A total waste of my day! Extremely inconsiderate of my time! I will not be bringing my vehicle back there nor will I recommend Lokey to anyone that I know! More

The Lokey Nissan Experience I’ve been to many Nissan dealers in the Tampa Bay Area and Lokey is superior to all the others. Their service bay is modern and efficient. They greet I’ve been to many Nissan dealers in the Tampa Bay Area and Lokey is superior to all the others. Their service bay is modern and efficient. They greet you at your car immediately. My service Rep, Kevin Massey knows my car and its needs. I am confident he will make recommendations to keep my car in great shape. The waiting room is first class. There is WiFi, charging stations, and desk areas to use. TV and service status( in addition to personal updates by the staff) if you are waiting and Starbucks coffee, donuts, snacks, water, etc. Its a great place to wait for your car if you don’t use their shuttle to go home or to the mall. The work on my cars has always been excellent - no repeat problems and your car is delivered to you clean and washed. I highly recommend this dealer! More
