third time the charm I bought a certified preowned, purchased and extended warranty. The vehicle had a vibration and jerk in transmission. First time, told that it was normal. Second, reprogrammed. Third, rebuilt, and replace. Everyone was so nice and friendly to get me to this level. More

Inconsiderate I dropped my car off at the dealership at my appointment time which was 9:30 a.m. I was told that the person doing the tint was running a half hour be I dropped my car off at the dealership at my appointment time which was 9:30 a.m. I was told that the person doing the tint was running a half hour behind. I was informed that it only takes an hour and a half to do the tinting. My daughter picked me up and took me to her house. When I called at 1 p.m. to see if my car was done, I was told that he was still working on it. I'm curious why it took so long to do a job that should have only taken an hour and a half. I was contacted at 2 p.m. to come pick my car up. A total waste of my day! Extremely inconsiderate of my time! I will not be bringing my vehicle back there nor will I recommend Lokey to anyone that I know! More
