TV and service status( in addition to personal updates by the staff) if you are waiting and Starbucks coffee, donuts, snacks, water, etc. Its a great place to wait for your car if you don’t use their shuttle to go home or to the mall. M I cannot say enough positive things about the Lokey Nissan Service Team. They are fast, honest and my service is completed within the time quoted. My vehicle is always cleaner than when I dropped it off and my Service Attendant Kevin looks for any coupons available for my car so I always pay a price lower than expected. This is such a high level of customer service that my next vehicle will be a Nissan purchased at Lokey in Clearwater so I can continue to have the Nissan Service Team. More
