Kevin McDougall was easy going, low pressure and informative about the Subaru lineup. I knew what I wanted when I visited the dealership and he put the package together and was honest about how long informative about the Subaru lineup. I knew what I wanted when I visited the dealership and he put the package together and was honest about how long it might take, given the circumstances, to get the car from the factory. When I picked up the car he went over the key features so that I was comfortable with the new electronics ( my old car was 19 years old so it had none of the new features). Great experience. Because of logistics it was not possible for me to drive to the dealership to pick up the vehicle, Kevin picked me up at my house and took me in to pick it up. Over and above what was necessary. More
