We purchased a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek yesterday and we were so happy to be greeted at the showroom entrance by dogs and cats from Pima Animal Care Center (PACC) in need of forever homes. It is this level of community commitment and tangible action that motivated us to consider buying a Subaru when my daughter's Toyota Corolla was totaled in an accident. I don't know of any other dealership that embraces Subaru's level and diversity (at-risk youth, animals, and elderly as well nature conservation) of philanthropy. The customer service we received from Kevin McDougal was exceptional. We were not pressured by him (or Finance Manager, Louie) in any way. We were simply informed and had our questions answered honestly. Kevin helped us select the best car for our daughter's needs. He even took us around the dealership to show us different departments so we'd be familiar with the building when it came time for oil changes and other services. We left feeling great about our decision to buy a very safe, reliable car that our daughter absolutely loves. We will definitely return to Tucson Subaru when it comes time to get another car. More
