He made the process an enjoyable experience for myself and my wife. There was never any pressure only a helpful caring buying environment. He skillfully explained and demonstrated the various safety features of the Outback we were interested in. Curt McHenry, the finance manager/paperwork guy, was also very courteous and understood that this was not our first time purchasing a car. He was thorough, but also knew what did and did not require extensive explanation in processing the necessary paperwork. Consequently, he made it a fairly "painless" and quick process. Something that was muchly appreciated. It was also a pleasure to meet Loren Henry and provide him direct feedback on how dealing with Tucson Subaru in the purchase of a new car had been such a lovely experience...something that was clearly an extraordinary one.
