We did not feel pressured at all, and we chose the pre-owned vehicle. Then we had a pleasant time with Louie in finance, where he explained the option of a longer-term warranty, and we drove away with our new vehicle the same day! He created nice, informative emails to send to me with videos to show me the attributes of each vehicle he found for me. He patiently scheduled test drives and kept in contact. He saved me a lot of time with his searches, and worked with my schedule as well. (and Traci Roberts in finance - wonderfully intelligent lady who guided me through process with ease).
