After we decided to go Subaru, he took time to explain the differences between buying a new or pre-owned 2016 Forester, and the advantages of each. We did not feel pressured at all, and we chose the pre-owned vehicle. Then we had a pleasant time with Louie in finance, where he explained the option of a longer-term warranty, and we drove away with our new vehicle the same day!
