I've worked with a couple okay dealers in the past, but this Subaru dealer, including every person we worked with (Jennifer Duran, Kevin McDougall, Curt McHenry and the managers) goes the extra mile. Make that plural, miles. They were friendly, patient, knowledgeable and I felt no pressure at all. Tucson is really lucky to have this well-managed dealership. It's icing on the cake they are selling such great cars :-) Just go. More

When it was totaled in an accident I came to town to help her through the process of buying a used car, big difference than mom and dad buying new for you. Kevin was very helpful and kind, definitely not your stereo type "used car salesman", really genuine and wanting to make it work for her within the budget she had. We never felt rushed or pressured, she got the Forester she wanted at a fair price. Equally pleasant was working with Curt to finalize everything. He explained all her options clearly and helped her make the choices she needed without trying to up-sell her on items that were not really necessary. Overall, it was a very positive experience and she loves her car, so that makes me happy. Thank you Kevin and Curt More

Excellent staff changed me from sight-seer into a customer I had several cars in mind when I began my two-month long search for a new car. In that time I encountered sales people who exaggerated details and changed their minds when I pointed out published reviews disagreed, sales people who bad-mouthed competitors or tried to up-sell me before showing me what I asked for, a sales person who couldn't find the car that supposedly was on his lot, and one who apparently was too busy to show me anything. Kevin McDougall at Tucson Subaru was different. He show me used small SUVs, which I originally wanted, that came close to meeting my needs, but also led me to two new cars that perfectly matched what I wanted. We talked briefly about other cars and differences in prices but his knowledge and ability to match my needs to his inventory is what led me to buy a 2016 Subaru, a car I hadn't even imagined owning when I began my search. He also had confidence in the Subaru and let the Forrester sell itself, turning me from a curiosity seeker into a customer. Trade-in of my 13-year-old car was fair and what I expected. After several visits, I drove out with my new Forrester 5i Premium, happy with the car, the dealership, the staff, and the service department. And now we're going to a dealership-hosted seminar so my wife can learn about all the gadgets. More
