Make that plural, miles. They were friendly, patient, knowledgeable and I felt no pressure at all. Tucson is really lucky to have this well-managed dealership. When it was totaled in an accident I came to town to help her through the process of buying a used car, big difference than mom and dad buying new for you. Kevin was very helpful and kind, definitely not your stereo type "used car salesman", really genuine and wanting to make it work for her within the budget she had. We never felt rushed or pressured, she got the Forester she wanted at a fair price. Equally pleasant was working with Curt to finalize everything. He explained all her options clearly and helped her make the choices she needed without trying to up-sell her on items that were not really necessary. Overall, it was a very positive experience and she loves her car, so that makes me happy. Thank you Kevin and Curt More
