Since we leased our 2019 Kia Sorento not even two years ago, everyone has been great. We mainly only work with the service department for our maintenance. Since September, we haven’t been to happy. The car ago, everyone has been great. We mainly only work with the service department for our maintenance. Since September, we haven’t been to happy. The car won’t randomly start. The battery is dead. Exactly two months after having the service dept look at and saying nothing is wrong. Here we go again. No lights are being kept on, nothing ! Now our battery is performing at 49% and they want us to pay for a $188.00 battery. The warranty states if you’ve had the car less than 36 months or the mileage is under 36,000. We meet both criteria. Why are we buying a battery when it should be replaced for free. They also need to get to the root of the problem and what is draining the battery. Not happy. More
