Update: Took my car back in but waited in the lobby this time. They took about 30 minutes. Which I appreciate the courteous and prompt service. Everything works great now. __________ After the the rep time. They took about 30 minutes. Which I appreciate the courteous and prompt service. Everything works great now. __________ After the the repair was done, there was scratches on window and faulty button for opening door. Picked up, all fine but then noticed another problem and now having to take it back again. We dont live nearby so it has been time consuming for sure. I would assume service tech would make sure all electrical issues were good but apparently not. They dont check. More

Kevin was able to get us in quickly and thoroughly explained everything. Waiting area was spacious. When our car needed more work than anticipated, Honda arranged for us to have a ride back home. Kevin gave me timely updates for my car's service. An issue I had with the window, which I thought would be a costly repair, turned out to be a simple, no-cost fix. An issue I had with the window, which I thought would be a costly repair, turned out to be a simple, no-cost fix. More
