Walk in without an appointment talk to the secretary and was instantly met by a salesman who got straight to the point after we told him what we wanted. We came into Mike Murphy Ford for an oil change on my wife's car and left with a used truck. We had been considering trading in our old truck and decided to test drive a used F-150 I was interested in. wife's car and left with a used truck. We had been considering trading in our old truck and decided to test drive a used F-150 I was interested in. Our salesman was Kevin Towle and he made the buying process so smooth compared to a previous experience. We almost dreaded talking to a salesman about purchasing a used vehicle because of the experience we had buying our last truck. However, Kevin was extremely patient with us, with working out numbers to give us an idea of where we were financially to make the best decision for us. Probably more pre-work for him, but he never made us feel like we were wasting his time. He was open and honest with conversation and was able to answer any questions we had regarding the vehicle (which we felt like we had a lot). Highly recommend Kevin Towle with Mike Murphy Ford and look forward to working with him in the future. More
