I had a unusual situation with my car. It started balking when trying to accelerate, so I went directly to the service department. Everyone was great, no problems with the employees. They diagnosed some issues with the wiring on top of my engine, Uncertain why they indicated maybe an animal chewing. I declined the $500 possible fix of the wires, I declined. I fixed the wires myself and all is good. However when analyzing how the wires were damaged, I thought of the fact that the dealer recently replaced my headlights, which involves disassembly parts of the front end. Guessing with no proof, the person performing the bulb replacement may have been putting parts on top of the engine, catching on the wires. Well can't prove this but it's my best guess. Not too happy, about this. More

Very polite and asked the right questions about my car . Rodney porter took care of me and introduce him self , he explained what the problem was and the car was fixed in less then a week , by the time I pic Rodney porter took care of me and introduce him self , he explained what the problem was and the car was fixed in less then a week , by the time I picked up my car Rodney porter had gone home for the day , so some kid name Kevin gave my keys back and told me how much . I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
