I’m not sure which visit I am rating, but my last visit was for a tire pressure check. I was assured multiple times that they checked the tire and did not find any issues after I waited for almost an hour. was for a tire pressure check. I was assured multiple times that they checked the tire and did not find any issues after I waited for almost an hour. I checked the tire myself before I left the dealership and immediately found a nail in it. I was asked to reschedule to get the nail out after I had already waited for an hour and was lied to about the fact that they even checked my tire. They did fix my tire, but I had to wait another hour. I usually am very pleased with the service I receive at Honda, but this visit was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My service advisor was Kevin, not Joe. More
