The service was not want I would expected of a customer for 20 years. I have been bringing my car in for maintenance service every year. This is the first time that I had experienced long wait time and d for 20 years. I have been bringing my car in for maintenance service every year. This is the first time that I had experienced long wait time and delivery dates that was pushed back 3 times due to order parts and service. Why couldn't they evaluate the issue when they received the car then called for approval and ordered the parts. Because of lack of service and consideration I was without my car for over three weeks. This will be the last time I will use your company. Nor will I ever consider buying another vehicle from you or recommend you to anyone in the future. There's no reason why I should have been treated like valued customer. If this was your best then I didn't want to know what your worst. Very dissatisfied customer. More

Dealership failed to replace spark plugs as part of my recommended service. This caused a misfire in the engine the day after I got it back that became progressively worse. When the (flashing) check engin recommended service. This caused a misfire in the engine the day after I got it back that became progressively worse. When the (flashing) check engine light finally came on I took it in and was told bring it back in 10 days as the check engine light was probably not related to the issue. When I brought it back in I voiced my concerns and was charged $190 for them to diagnose it and fix the issue that should have been done with my 75k service. Would NOT recommend trusting this place. From here on out I will be going in with a printout of the recommended service items before I leave it with them so they can’t weasel out of paying for their mistakes and instead charging me additional money. It’s sad that the service department does not have enough staffing to be able to provide the customer service expected for customers . The lack of staff and technicians is a direct reflection of a Billion d staffing to be able to provide the customer service expected for customers . The lack of staff and technicians is a direct reflection of a Billion dollar industry who doesn’t care enough to take care of what their staff needs and requires to provide 5 star service! Brian and Kevin do a great job but need more support . How can 1 answer and return all calls with constant customer traffic flow with no staff to even assist with new car purchases and what the client was promised . Your moral is down and your staff is neglected . I hope you take note and acknowledge the deficiencies in your business and acknowledge the staff that is still there . As I’m not sure how much longer they will be with no support . Appreciate your loyal staff before it’s too late !! More
