I have one primary complaint: Customer cannot call and talk to someone before making a service appointment. So, customer can't ask questions or clarify/get advice on service needs. It may be theoretically talk to someone before making a service appointment. So, customer can't ask questions or clarify/get advice on service needs. It may be theoretically possible to call, but in reality it's not possible. Related to that, staff seems so busy that I find myself standing in front of a service rep (or parts rep) while they spend five or even 10 minutes working on something else and not talking to me. This may be a function of understaffing, but to a customer it just seems rude. Otherwise, I've been happy with service. More

1st we dropped the car off a week before its appt day as it didnt run. Mr. Mercedes did not have us sign any paperwork so had i not called the car would still be sitting there. 2ndly it took over a month fo it didnt run. Mr. Mercedes did not have us sign any paperwork so had i not called the car would still be sitting there. 2ndly it took over a month for us to figure out nothing had been done and thenwe started the process w/the recall person. The dealership was not advocating or showing any customer service and lastly they gave us the car back needing a pulley replaced, instead of calling us and asking us, because i would have had those replaced. Not happy with hyndai's lack of common sense/customer service More
