Used to receive a good service but not anymore. I bought 2 MDX SUV’s from this dealership and the delivery experience on both were not that good. Both had some paint issues and the service advisor I bought 2 MDX SUV’s from this dealership and the delivery experience on both were not that good. Both had some paint issues and the service advisor Khang is so great and helped me with those issues both the times. But my recent experience with Bobby was not so good. I have issues with my 2023 MDX Type S, 1) making high pitch whining sound above 45mph speed which is making the driving experience so irritating and uncomfortable. Bobby refused to diagnose the issue, by just test driving another car in his lot which is making same sound but not as loud as mine. Basic diagnosis was also not performed. And the GM simply said we are the middle man and could not do anything without even attempting to diagnose the issue. 2) leather on the seats are having issues. Wrinkles in multiple places where a person do not sit. I was taking a look at the pictures that were shared by the sales person prior to car delivery and I could see the wrinkles and piping not being straight. Again, Bobby simply turned me away saying those are normal. On a 75k car with just 4k miles, have wrinkles on the side thigh bolster where my log does not touch. He didn’t even try to think practically before making a statement that it is normal. Bad experiences both times. I would not recommend this dealership to any of my friends and in my community either because they are not putting minimum effort to try and diagnose the issue. Khang is a great service advisor but Bobby the service manager is simply not. More

I've been bringing my business to Goodson Acura of Dallas for over 15 years, and 5 Acuras later. And, though I am not a royal; they keep treating me like one...I'm not complaining... it feels amazing. Perh for over 15 years, and 5 Acuras later. And, though I am not a royal; they keep treating me like one...I'm not complaining... it feels amazing. Perhaps, I should start dressing as a royal ! My go to technician Kayhn provides me an exceptional service I have not seen elsewhere. I hope stays there for another 60 years. Good Acura of Dallas, beyond amazing !! More

Khang Nguyen the Servcie advisor did a great job explaining all the items that needed to be done, yet he understood that I had to prioritize and spend these major service items out over a 3 month pe explaining all the items that needed to be done, yet he understood that I had to prioritize and spend these major service items out over a 3 month period. The car came back clean and hopefully will go another 160,000 before rear brakes are replaced again. More

Everyone at Goodson is knowledgeable and takes time with each and every customer. We have sent friends there and they love the Acura they purchased.
