I've been waiting for two weeks to get a new AC line which your dealership said was nowhere in the nation and had to be ordered I find this to be a problem that takes two weeks to get line ordered and d which your dealership said was nowhere in the nation and had to be ordered I find this to be a problem that takes two weeks to get line ordered and delivered from anywhere in the world I think it's because it's warranty work and I've been driving in this hundred plus weather for two weeks I appreciate the effort of your shop and I will give a better review Once you accomplish all the work but at the moment it's the time Factor that's a little disappointing what you're working the past has been very good still waiting on my line. Thank you. More

Overall good experience Kiara was very helpful &professional Took my Prius in for 160,000 mile oil change, tire rotation and fluid checks. Mentioned to the service dept. that my Tire Pressure Annunciator was ON Took my Prius in for 160,000 mile oil change, tire rotation and fluid checks. Mentioned to the service dept. that my Tire Pressure Annunciator was ON constantly - not sure WHY. Oil was changed, Tires were rotated. Tire Pressure Annunciator was STILL ON constantly. Returned to the Service Dept. spoke w/ Kiara again and car was checked again. Upon return, mechanic THIS time noted there was a NAIL in the Passenger Rear Tire leaking pressure causing Annunciator to come ON. Finally, they added air to all the tires and Annunciator went OUT. Customer Comment: When rotating tires, make sure the Tire Pressure is checked, as in this case it wasn't noted anywhere on the Invoice. Slow down, and make sure to check everything needed during the service appointment, don't skip steps. When I asked about having the tire with the nail replaced, was told the dealership wouldn't do it. I asked WHY and was told they couldn't guarantee the OTHER tires? WHY would they need to be guaranteed - they are guaranteed by Michelin (Firestone). I was even willing to buy 1 tire which the dealership COULD have warrantied - not sure about the runaround unless it was because the dealership was trying to SELL me NEW tires. Unfortunately, those WERE NEW tires only 1 1/2 years old with < 15,000 miles on them and in GOOD shape. I also was told that if they pulled the NAIL out, the air would leak out. So I asked, why can't they patch it? Was told that it was too CLOSE to the Tire Wall section of the tire. After all was said and done, I took the tire to another tire store, and they PATCHED it w/o ANY excuses. Was told by them about dealerships wanting to sell you NEW tires is WHY they wouldn't fix it. I DO PRAISE Kiara Santos for everything she did to get me back on the road as quickly as possible since I was Teleworking from home that day. She was very PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, provide OUTSTANDING service to an existing customer with the dealership. Thank you Kiara Santos! Tomas Petrik Lancaster, CA More

You need to find a service manager you trust I had problems getting answers on the phone and was continually transferred from place to place. I was getting very frustrated. I hung up a tried again and Kiara Santos answered the phone. She was wonderful and coordinated tire ordering and my service to happen at the same time. I will go back and ask for her. More

Disappointed with Safety and Health Demonstrated I was very dissatisfied with the claim of "your safety and health is our priority" service due to COVID 19. I wore my mask for respect of the employe I was very dissatisfied with the claim of "your safety and health is our priority" service due to COVID 19. I wore my mask for respect of the employees but didn't get the same respect. Personnel working in the service area NOT wearing masks or wearing a mask across their chin only as they walked through the service area. Front Office personal socializing in the service lane not wearing a mask. This is not making my safety and health a priority. It also made me wonder about my car needing to be disinfected. there was no one was in the service lane when I drove in. I had to leave my car and go find someone to do the intake for my car even though I had an appointment. I was assigned to Kiara Santos who wore her mask while checking my car in. I wanted a different grade of oil for my vehicle. I was told they couldn't get the oil by the time they closed at 5:00 and I'd have to make another appointment. After seeing the lax of protection and mask wearing of the service personnel I did not want to return so I had them put in the standard grade of oil. I waited in the sales showroom for my car to be finished. All sales personal wore a mask and wore it correctly along with customers viewing the vehicles . I appreciated their respect for each other and for the customers. Whether you or the employees personally believe masks can make a difference, to the current health concerns due to COVID 19, should be demonstrated by wearing one at work. Just because you work on a vehicle and not directly with the public doesn't mean employees should have the option of wearing a mask. I have been a customer of the Toyota of Lancaster Service area for 8 years. This is not the service I have come to expect and the respect that needs to be shown to all people. More

Replacement part and cliajet application Took care of Cilajet application but had to go back for a replacement part (on new sale). With my husband recently having surgery, taking the vehicle back would have been difficult. They instead picked up our vehicle, did the work, and brought it back to me, alleviating a lot of stress on my part. I really appreciated this kindness, effort, and assistance in our situation. Ernesto helped to facilitate the part replacement, but Kiara was the one who remained in constant contact with us and coordinated everything. She provided great customer service! More
