When I got my vehicle back there is something dripped across the drives side door jam. And I was told my filters need replaced. Would cost around $260. So I replaced the filters myself. When I went to change cabin air filter the screws that are suppose to be there are missing. I did the pick up / drop off option since the date I scheduled the appointment online the service was closed. I would not have know had I not reached out about a recall on the vehicle as well. I told them where I worked and they failed to put that in the notes for pick up drop off. I work for a health care facility that can't have phones on them. So this made communication hard for the pick up/drop off. And had they listened it would have gone smoothly. When I finally got a break to look at my phone. I had a message they would be returning the car to dealership if I didn't respond. Not great service. More

I needed a new battery, and had a very challenging day trying to solve this problem. I decided to just drive to Ford to see if I could make an appointment to have a new battery installled within a reasona trying to solve this problem. I decided to just drive to Ford to see if I could make an appointment to have a new battery installled within a reasonable amount of time. The gal was so freaking nice about the whole thing, and asked if I had time to do it then…it was like 5:15 pm!! I was so happy and so relieved to have this done so I wouldn’t have to worry about it the rest of the week. Kiley was so nice and kind when I’d had a pretty rough day, I could never thank her enough for making my bad day so much better! She deserves a huge raise for her customer service and kindness!! Kiley is an asset to Corwin Ford! The tech screwed up didn't put the oil cap back on my truck which made the truck act like it had a blown motor/ head gasket. At the end of the two days the truck runs like it should. Ken the night manager was terrific as well even the shuttle driver all good caring personable people! More
