Thanks to their assistance, I drove away with my new-to-me vehicle tonight! Kimberly Bailey in sales was helpful and patient, hearing out my concerns on each of the 4 vehicles I tested. I’d highly recommend requesting to meet with Kimberly to shop for your next vehicle. David Olson in the business office was completely transparent when discussing finance options and worked efficiently to complete all required documentation. Any stress I anticipated in the auto shopping process was non-existent in my experience at Bourne’s. There was not one bit of condescension or sexist attitudes often experienced by single women visiting dealerships on their own. TL;DR: shop for your next vehicle at Bourne’s. You owe yourself this experience while supporting a local business. Bourne’s brings much more to the table than the competition! More
