Kim was an absolute pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured at any point during the purchase experience. She allowed me to take my time on my test drive and really get to know the vehicle before purc pressured at any point during the purchase experience. She allowed me to take my time on my test drive and really get to know the vehicle before purchase. I did not feel like I was purchasing a car from a typical dealership. Kim was kind, caring and thoughtful throughout the entire process. There were some issues with the registration process at no fault of Bourne and Kim stayed on top of it the whole way through. I would definitely recommend Bourne...especially Kim to friends and family. More

I had a very good experience at Bourne’s. Unlike a lot of dealerships that I’ve dealt with, the staff here were very pleasant and patient. I don't think I'll ever go back to a dealership again - it's pure torture. Everything about Bournes is easy! I worked with Kim B and she was great from the start! The car was cleaned and checked for recalls prior to me even purchasing. Before picking up the vehicle, it was sent to the shop for anything that was not perfect (including paint scuffs or software updates; both of which were pointed out by the dealer as courtesy to me). I highly recommend Bourne's Auto Center. More

Even though it was nearing closing time, Kim took the time to go through the inventory with me to find a few cars meeting my criteria. She sent me out on a couple of test drives until I found the car I purchased. Kim put no pressure on me and listened carefully to what I wanted. She made the car buying experience stress-free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Kim and Bourne's to anyone interested in buying a car. More
