Internet sales department I received an email from the internet sales manager stating who stated that "I have been reviewing our records and it appears that if you are interest I received an email from the internet sales manager stating who stated that "I have been reviewing our records and it appears that if you are interested, I can get you out of your 2013 pilot and into a newer vehicle of the same type with little or no money down and possibly even lower your monthly payment" I was sceptical as my lease isn't up until September 2017. I wrote him back and said that I was not interested in purchasing however if he was talking about turning in my pilot early and keeping my payments the same with no out of pocket expense for the same model I would consider it. His response "That's what I'm talking about". I went to the dealership and asked for the manager. He did not come to meet with me but rather a salesperson did. Then another sales manager came to me and said to bring the car in so it can be appraised and see what can be done. My family has either leased or purchased 6 cars in the last 15 years and it was only after Kim Hadden, who was my salesperson on my last deal, did I get an honest answer. He told me that given the time left on my current lease they wouldn't be able to offer me the deal that the internet sales manager mentioned. It's because of of Kim's honesty and integrity that I will continue to do business with Paul Miller Honda. I only hope in the future that management is better trained on not providing deceptive offers that they cannot deliver on. More

He's transparent on price with a very thorough walk-through (makes you hold the calculator) of the various line items to get to final out of pocket price (net of trade-in, with sales tax, accessories, etc), leaving you confident in the numbers. He spends time teaching you about the car (after the sale is done, no doubt) and was very helpful and quick in assisting us with a service appt follow-up even though that's outside of his jurisdiction. Get to know him, he's a hard workers, and you wont' regret it. More

The salesman, Kim dealership is professional, friendly and extremely easy to work with. My first purchase at Honda was in 2011 and I bought a CRV-LX. The salesman, Kim Hadden, was extremely friendly, knowledgable and really listened to what I was looking for and matched me up with that car. Over the past couple of years I had questions on certain things and he was always very happy to help. When I was looking at new cars (as my lease was ending), I would not have considered going anywhere by to Kim at Paul Miller. This dealer (and dealership) came through once again and I've just purchased a 2014 CRV-EX-L. They gave me a fair price and had this car ready for me so quickly (about 1 hour! Incredible!). Everyone there works together as an extremely polished and competent team. I would recommend Kim and his team to anyone looking to purchase a Honda! More
