We have never been "pressured" by her and always felt welcome. McLaughlin have become like family and we recommend them ever chance we get. What makes the entire car buying process worth it is knowing that they stand firmly behind what they sell and they will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Our cars always come home after being serviced, cleaner than when they left, they have never tried to convince me I needed work done, that wasn't obvious or what it had went in for, extremely trustworthy in that respect.
