I never felt pressured to buy, pricing wasn't a game, I was warmly welcomed each time. We experienced no stress with this car purchase, something we can't say about other vehicle purchases in the past. The Subaru speaks for itself :). Drive it- and you will love it! More

Great Customer Service! We drove over an hour to come to McLaughlin's, rather than look locally. My wife and I were interested in a used Subaru that we heard was available. We asked her to hold the car for us until the next day because we were Very interested. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by Brian Cox. We discussed the vehicle, drove it and purchased it! There were a few minor things that needed addressed and every detail was taken care of. When we received the car, it was immaculate! Throughout the entire process, each individual we encountered, Robert in finance and Josh Young, the new car manager, were both efficient, polite and professional. We toured the service department as well, and there is no doubt that We will drive to McLaughlin's for all of our service needs. The team of people at McLaughlin's far exceeded our expectations and we will definitely tell others about our car buying experience! More

Buying a car is scary, but not at McLaughlin I had never driven a Subaru and didn't know if I was even ready to purchase a car. I was able meet with Kim and she had it all ready for me to drive w I had never driven a Subaru and didn't know if I was even ready to purchase a car. I was able meet with Kim and she had it all ready for me to drive when I arrived. Even though she was dealing with two clients at once, I didn't feel neglected. Needless to say, I loved the car and it really sold itself! The whole process of the deal was really nice. I didn't feel pressured to buy and agree on a deal I wasn't comfortable with, the finance department was also great. My car was delivered a week later and I am in love with it! I drove it home in a snow storm...and it was FANTASTIC!!! More
