Received prompt and courteous service at Serra Toyota in Decatur AL. I had an appointment and was greeted immediately upon arrival. I had experienced no trouble but decided to let Serra perform the recall too. They estimated 1 and ½ hours for total service and repair but took only about 75 minutes or so. Waited in a comfortable waiting area and was called upon completion. Signed my name and was not charged, just as promised. Everyone was efficient and courteous. A good experience. More
