I understand the frustration of needing a second key fob, and I apologize for any confusion regarding this matter. As part of our process, we photograph all accessories, including key fobs, that come with each vehicle, and we make it a priority to go over these details with all of our clients. Due to our high-volume, low-margin, and no-haggle sales model, we are unable to provide second keys for the vehicles we sell. Regarding the pricing, I regret that the cost for a new key fob from Mercedes-Benz was higher than expected. However, the pricing of our vehicles does reflect the items included at the time of sale, and we are transparent about this during the purchase process. I’m sorry if this wasn't made clear during your experience, and we will take your feedback to further improve communication on this topic.
