Sold me a car with one key fob. Told me it would cost a couple hundred bucks. Cost me $1100 for a new key and programming at MB. Called back to see what could be done and I was told Told me it would cost a couple hundred bucks. Cost me $1100 for a new key and programming at MB. Called back to see what could be done and I was told the price reflected one key. No one could show me where this was reflected. Kim was awesome. Great to work with. The dealership even went to BMW dealership and picked up a part and made a minor repair to the front air dam on the car while I Great to work with. Kim T was flawless from the beginning! I asked her all kinds of questions and even had her checking for collision repair with a paint meter!
