Great service department. I learned the hard way, always take your vehicle to the dealer for service. On a previous vehicle, I took it elsewhere for oil changes etc. I the I learned the hard way, always take your vehicle to the dealer for service. On a previous vehicle, I took it elsewhere for oil changes etc. I then took it to the dealer for routine maintenance. They found a leaking seal just out of warranty 101,000 miles. Had I taken it to the dealer for those oil changes they would have replaced it under warranty saving me $$$$$. The teenagers at the oil change place down the street didn’t see it or mention it. I now always take it to Russ Darrow for all service. More

She offered more service to compensate for the delay, but because the experience was unpleasant and the waiting room is uncomfortable, I doubt I will return for the free oil change.
