She had my car less than 12 hours and she want to charge me $200 for diagnostics for a vehicle that had bumper-to-bumper warranty. She was awful. My car never got diagnosed and they held it for a week and n me $200 for diagnostics for a vehicle that had bumper-to-bumper warranty. She was awful. Do not like the fact I had to keep calling to get an update on my vechicle. Very unprofessional. Took my car apart to fix and still ended up messing up something else . And I had to pay $200 for the dia update on my vechicle. Very unprofessional. Took my car apart to fix and still ended up messing up something else .
