I have been told 3 different things on different occasions, regarding my car. Communication is unclear on what is covered under the warranty and what’s not. Each time I go in for an oil change I get occasions, regarding my car. Communication is unclear on what is covered under the warranty and what’s not. Each time I go in for an oil change I get a summary of at least $500-$600 in work that needs to be done. Very frustrating. More

While other Kia and competitor dealerships are charging several thousand over MSRP, Lou Fusz is treating customers with RESPECT in these tough financial times, by keeping their prices at MSRP.
