He answered any questions I or my wife had and displayed an exemplary amount of patience through the whole process. When it came time to finish with the sales manager, Kody Waddell was excellent as well. I was dealing with an issue related to my last vehicle’s warranty and Kody offered to go to bat for me with that warranty company. He had no obligation to do any of that and still offered. As long as Jeff and Kody are working at Courtesy, I’ll come back for my next truck purchase, my wife has expressed that she would come in, and I’ll recommend this team to my friends and family. More
