The Mercedes finance team (Kolls specifically) worked tirelessly to make sure I was well informed of the warranty information and worked to get a great loan that was the best fit for me. I have enjoyed my new car for over a month now and would highly recommend MB of Natick (Vito especially!) to anyone wanting to explore the purchase of a MB. More

Mercedes of Natick is a great dealership. Everyone we had dealings with really cared that we we well informed and happy with our purchase. When our car was about to be delivered to the dealership Chandon, th dealings with really cared that we we well informed and happy with our purchase. When our car was about to be delivered to the dealership Chandon, the sales manager, contacted us and gave us the heads up. We came in and meet Vito, our salesperson. Chandon and Vito worked with us to give us a great value on our trade. We were very happy with the whole paperwork process. Kolls, the business manager, worked quickly to get our paperwork finalized. He explained all the options we could purchase but did not pressure us. When we took delivery of the car, The car was perfect. We then had a fantastic meeting with Caroline that was and hour and half long. She is truly remarkable. She showed is so many features of the car.. She helped us set up many options to customize the car to our liking. I would highly recommend Mercedes of Natick for there sales and service teams. More

I would like to thank the team at Mercedes-Benz of Natick. Keep in mind the car I purchased was not a top of the line MB but a used BMW. This fact does not seem to matter to them and I do not think I would have been treated with any more respect if I had purchased a new Mercedes-Maybach. Charles Scrymgeour, my sales consultant, is truly a gentleman and consummate professional. He graciously spent lengthy conversations with me going over every detail of the car prior to and after my purchase. Charles immediately responded to my excessive number of calls without a hint of disdain. I believe Charles is an honest person that only is concerned with “doing the right thing”. I am grateful for his advice and listening to my incessant babble. I also spoke with Bernard Aoun, Sales Manager, Fahad Arshad, the General Manager and Kolls Oloko, the Finance Manager. All of these individuals were highly professional and extremely courteous in every facet of their individual lines of responsibility. I am an out of state buyer and did not view the car in person until it was sitting in my driveway. Mercedes-Benz of Natick is one of the few dealerships I would not hesitate in recommending to individual’s in my same circumstance. They perform an extensive inspection prior to advertising their vehicles and will take additional pictures if you desire. I cancelled an Independent Pre-Purchase Inspection after review all of the documentation associated with my car. The car I received is even better than the initial assessment provided by the MB Natick Team. Since I was shipping the car from Natick to Maryland and they provided the name of a transport company that they utilize frequently. That was another positive experience and a separate review. I am 65 years old and have owned approximately 50 cars over my life including numerous BMW’s, Mercedes, and Porsches. My interaction with Mercedes-Benz of Natick is the most positive purchasing experience in all of my automobile transactions. I am positive that I will utilize them in another purchase in the not to distant future. Thank you. More

As a MB customer with a different MB dealer for the past 10 years, I can honestly share a comparison of interaction between the two dealerships. For a female to walk into a dealership let-alone by herself and be treated with the utmost respect is unheard of. My sale Representative Vito not only treated me with the utmost respect and excellent customer service but most importantly, view me as a valuable customer. There was not a single question that was not honestly answered. And most importantly of all was able to find me the perfect match. I can say the same with Kolls Oloko the Business Manager. Mr. Oloko handled my finance application with professionalism and view me as a individual verses a number in the system. And before the end of the day, Had me in the drive seat of my new C300’- 2 Door Coup. I also would like to acknowledge Andres in Service for giving the car the final detail touch-up. You will not regret you did.I especially want to mention Jonny Pham, the Product Specialist, for his friendliness, patience and expert knowledge in explaining the numerous state of the art features of the CLS 450 to ensure a comfortable and safe enjoyment of my car. He even scheduled a second meeting with me to ensure that I fully understand the system. I will definitely be back to this dealership to get a new car in the future . More
