So let me start off by saying I had an amazing experience at BMW of Catonsville, MD . I noticed a car they had on their website that I been looking for and it was a 2017 Mercedes E300. I been looking for this particular car with low miles on it and they just so happen to have it , it had low miles and and everything I needed on it . I called and talked to Kory Matthews And he hooked me up from their on out he processed my paperwork, answered all the questions I had and on top of that he even brought me my car to North Carolina. Kory was such an amazing person to work with And I wouldn’t have changed anything else his customer service is too notch and the best I’ve had when purchasing a luxury vehicle so if you are in the market and need a certain vehicle he can get it for you just as he did for me... Look him up he will take care of you ! He is the bomb.com!!! More

Korey Matthews is by far the most amazing person to buy a car from. He is genuinely committed to getting the deal to close but never made us feel pressured. We actually left the dealership two days prior t car from. He is genuinely committed to getting the deal to close but never made us feel pressured. We actually left the dealership two days prior to our ultimate purchase saying that it was the best car buying experience we had ever had. Two days later I heard from Korey with additional information and we ended getting a vehicle that worked for us. We were treated like people rather than feeling like we were just another commission opportunity. I need more stars to rate Korey the way he truly deserves because 5 is not enough! 😊 More
