Korey walked us through the procedure for having the vehicle towed to the dealership and then picking up a loaner vehicle. Korey stayed in contact with us for hours until the vehicle had been picked up and delivered to the dealership. He was required to work overtime in order to make sure that his customers received excellent customer service.
