I wasn't planning on getting a car! I went to support my cousin and my cousin as well as Korey told me it would all work out. As I've had bad experiences with car dealerships my nerves are always shot! Korey is so calming and sweet!! Sam and Anthony ensured that my deal as well as my cousins were deals that we couldn't walk away from. It wasn't your typical "car deal". There was a sense of comfort knowing even before we completed credit applications that we would both we leaving with the vehicles of our choices (X7 and Range Rover). They all worked diligently to take care of me and it was truly appreciated. I would highly urge anyone considering getting a new BMW to come over to Catonsville and see my guys. More

Several major maintenance service repairs Came in for maintenance service repairs. The service advisor Keon Tobin among with other staff members (cashiers/ car loaners) are wonderful. Keon wal Came in for maintenance service repairs. The service advisor Keon Tobin among with other staff members (cashiers/ car loaners) are wonderful. Keon walked me though and explain what needed to be done and would work according to consumer’s financial situation and he could tell me certain things could wait until the next service to be done and therefore there is some breathing room for my wallet and I can prep for the next time. The manager Mel, staff and sales rep are wonderful, courteous and professional. They make sure the customers needs have been met and I can say that I’ve been treated very well and appreciate it. Been a long time customer and happy to tell other people to have service done at Cantonsville location. Keep up the great job and THANK YOU. More

The staff a d management was just as good like they knew you. I just cant put in word my total experience was like at this location, I will defently return and recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to come here the selection was overwhelming a d the service we recieved was top notched. Very respectfull, not pushy like other dealers being steering dealers to clear their inventory. Just overall informative,knowledgeable and had great reference.
