Attentive customer care With the assistance of "Tire Guru" Chris, I was able to determine the tires I needed for my model of BMW and, without having to ask, was offered a sam With the assistance of "Tire Guru" Chris, I was able to determine the tires I needed for my model of BMW and, without having to ask, was offered a same day appointment to have them put on the car. All went smoothly; no alignment was needed and even though I came in at midday, I was given a loaner and all was completed by the end of the day. No apparent problems with the service so far. This is probably the best service experience I have ever had. More
